Funkatorium Tuesday Night Pairing Menu 4/3/18


Every Tuesday the Funkatorium is offering a pre fixed menu from 5 pm to close. This will consist of 3 composed, technique-driven courses with high end ingredients specifically paired with some of our featured sour beers for $35. Scope out our menu for this week: Tuesday, April 3rd!

 

Sweet and Sour

First Course:

Pan seared scallops, carrot ginger sauce, green apple slaw, yuzu, sesame oil.

Paired with Wicked Weed Oak Fermented Cider

Second Course:

David Chang’s chicken wings, mirin glaze, scallion

Paired with Incandescent American Sour Ale

A la carte $8

Third Course:

Braised beef Short Rib Udon, beef broth, carrot, shiitake mushroom, pickled radish, over easy egg, soy glaze.

Paired with  Khatta Masala American Sour Ale
