OFFICIAL RULES

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  THE CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE, AT THE TIME OF ENTRY, LEGAL RESIDENTS OF NORTH CAROLINA AND AT LEAST TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. CONTEST WILL BE GOVERNED BY UNITED STATES LAW.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

 

  1. ELIGIBLITY:

The “Wicked Weed Brewing FIFA World Cup 2026™ Ticket Giveaway” (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of North Carolina who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, officers and agents of Anheuser-Busch, LLC, and its affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesale distributors, retail licensees, all other service or governmental agencies and their employees involved with the Contest, the FIFA Entities (as defined in Rule 6), and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, or sibling; whether biological, adopted, step, or in-law) or households (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.  The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.  Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein.

  1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

The Contest begins at 2:00:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on June 20, 2026, and ends at 6:00:00 p.m. EDT on June 20, 2026 (“Contest Activation”).  The Contest Activation will take place at the“Wicked Weed Funkatorium” located in Asheville, North Carolina.  The Contest Activation date and time is subject to change.

All participants will be required to confirm eligibility and show proof of legal drinking age via a state Picture ID and/or Passport which properly shows players date of birth and state of residency prior to participating in the Contest Activation.

All players will be required to sign a “Release of Liability, Voluntary Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement” prior to participating in the Contest Activation.

The decisions of the Wicked Weed Brewing Brand Ambassador are final in all matters relating to the Contest Activation.

Rules of Play:

At the Contest Activation, an inflatable soccer target game with four (4) different target locations will be set up.  The four (4) different targets locations are assigned four (4) different point values: (a) twenty-five (25) points; (b) fifty (50) points; (c) seventy-five (75) points; and (d) one hundred (100) points.

To play, sign up with the Wicked Weed Brewing Brand Ambassador at the Contest Activation. During the Contest Activation, participants will be called to play in the order determined by the Wicked Weed Brewing Brand Ambassador.  Each participant will have the opportunity to shoot seven (7) balls.

At the end of the Contest Activation, the one (1) participant who scored the most points during his/her attempt will be deemed the winner of the Contest Activation and will receive the prize as described in Rule 4.

In the event of a tie, the Wicked Weed Brewing Brand Ambassador will conduct a “Best of 3” shoot-out round (or rounds, if needed) between the tied participants until the tie is broken.

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE OBLIGATIONS:

Potential winner will be notified via email or phone and will be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours indicating whether they can accept the prize. If the potential winner does not respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hour time-period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to respond to the notification within the time frame stated above.

Obligations of Potential Winner:

  • Potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of prize acceptance.

Obligations of Potential Winner’s One (1) Guest:

  • Potential winner’s one (1) guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of June 20, 2026.
  • Potential winner’s one (1) guest will be required to complete, sign, and return a “Release of Liability, Voluntary Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement” to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of winner’s prize acceptance.

Obligations of Potential Winner and Potential Winner’s One (1) Guest:

  • If Sponsor elects, potential winner and one (1) guest may be required to submit to a confidential background check. Such background check may include (but is not limited to) investigation of criminal, sexual offenses, social media presence, or other arrest or conviction record, and any other factor deemed relevant by the Sponsor to help ensure that potential winner and one (1) guest will not bring the Sponsor or the FIFA Entities (as defined in Rule 6), into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sponsor or the FIFA Entities (as defined in Rule 6).If requested, potential winner and one (1) guest agree to sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal and background information. In the event of noncompliance, to be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

In the event of noncompliance within any stated time-period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected. Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate potential winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Released Parties (as defined in Rule 6) are not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, or land-line phone service or a change in an entrant’s email, phone number or mailing address which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification or his/her prize information.

  1. PRIZE DETAILS:

Prize (one [1] prize to be awarded):  Winner will receive tickets for winner and one (1) guest to attend the “FIFA World Cup 2026™ Round of 32” match schedule to take place on July 1, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia.  Exact ticket date and location to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and is subject to availability and change.

Seating assignments to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and are subject to availability and change. Any tickets awarded cannot be resold at any time or for any reason. Any attempt to resell the tickets will result in a revocation of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected. Air transportation, ground transportation, accommodations, meals, gratuities, personal purchases, and all other expenses not specified herein are the winner’s responsibility.

Further, winner their one (1) guest (“Attendees”) agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) applicable to their Prize ticket(s) for the FIFA World Cup 2026TM. The Terms of Use, along with any other ticket terms and conditions, are available (or will be made available) available at http://fifa.com/tickets. Tickets are intended solely for use by the Attendees and may not be provided to any other person, including through resale, exchange, or barter. Any such resale, exchange, barter, or other commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and invalidation of the license granted for the tickets.

All FIFA World Cup 2026TM venue restrictions and rules governing stadium safety, security and conduct also apply, including those set out in the FIFA World Cup 2026TM Stadium Code of Conduct (“Stadium Code of Conduct”), available on http://fifa.com/tickets.  Attendees are expected to respect other guests and event staff and must refrain from using foul or offensive language, obscene gestures, or engaging in unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent behavior.

The Stadium Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions available on http://fifa.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. FIFA and/or its affiliates reserve the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines an Attendee has failed to comply with the Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or any other applicable terms and conditions.

If the prize cannot be awarded for any reason including Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, COVID-19 or any other natural disaster outside of Sponsor’s control, then no prize will be awarded.

Alcohol beverages are not part of the prize.  If winner cannot accept the prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Approximate Retail Value is $1,000.00.  Actual value depends on ticket price.  Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.

Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.  If a prize or any portion thereof cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value.  Prize winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.

  1. PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES:

 

At no time while participating in the Contest should any participant: (a) be under the influence of drugs or excess alcohol; (b) promote drinking and driving or the excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol; (c) promote the illegal use of alcohol, drugs, or violating any law; (d) communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate; (e) be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, or exploit people in a sexual or violent manner; (f) be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group; (g) otherwise fail to comply with the Beer Institute Advertising and Marketing Code as made publicly available at the following online location: https://www.beerinstitute.org/policy-responsibility/responsibility/advertising-marketing-code/ or (h) be deemed inappropriate or unsportsmanlike by Sponsor or the Wicked Weed Brewing Brand Ambassador, in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor or the Wicked Weed Brewing Brand Ambassador.  At any time during the Contest Activation, Sponsor or the Wicked Weed Brewing Brand Ambassador reserve the right to disqualify any player, in his/her sole discretion, if he/she believes that player is not adhering to these Official Rules. The decisions of the Sponsor and/or the Wicked Weed Brewing Brand Ambassador e are final in all matters relating to this Contest.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Anheuser-Busch, LLC, FIFA and FWC2026 US, Inc. (collectively, the “FIFA Entities”), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered Entries, telephone calls, text messages, email, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Contest or Website, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate Website’s terms of service, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Contest, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized website access. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such Entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s computer, or property related to or resulting from participating in this Contest. Should any portion of Contest be, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Contest, or submission of Entries, Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest, and randomly select the winner from valid Entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor.  In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. All materials submitted become the property of Anheuser-Busch, LLC and will not be returned.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES; AS A RESULT, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  1. PUBLICITY:

Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.

  1. RELEASE:

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold Anheuser-Busch, LLC, and the FIFA Entities (as defined in Rule 6) harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, or any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you and Sponsor, shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration and not in a court of law. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its applicable rules. The arbitration shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the State of Missouri without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.  The place of arbitration shall be St. Louis, Missouri. All claims must be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or consolidated proceeding. The arbitrator shall have no authority to arbitrate any claim or a class or collective basis.

  1. PRIVACY POLICY:

The information you submit in connection with this Contest may be used by Sponsor for purposes of administration and fulfillment of the Contest, and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.wickedweedbrewing.com/privacy-policy/ (“Website”).
