Every Tuesday the Funkatorium is offering a pre fixed menu from 5 pm to close. This will consist of 3 composed, technique-driven courses with high end ingredients specifically paired with some of our featured sour beers for $35. Scope out our menu for this week: Tuesday, January 23rd!

Corned Beef and Sauerkraut Perogie, sauteed in butter and chives, finished with a pan jus, topped with sour cream.

Chicken Quarters braised in an onion & garlic stew, finished with sweet paprika. Served over egg noodles & a sweet tomato cream sauce.

Polish style doughnuts, served with a blueberry and blackberry compote and powdered sugar.
