Funkatorium Tuesday Night Pairing Menu 10/31/17

Every Tuesday the Funkatorium will be offering a pre fixe menu from 5 pm to close. This will consist of 3 composed, technique-driven courses with high end ingredients specifically paired with some of our featured sour beers for $35. Scope out our menu for this week: Tuesday, October 31st!

First Course

Swiss Chard and Shitake Mushroom Crostini with Parmesan Béchamel.

Second Course

Braised Osso Bucco with Gruyère & Drunken Goat Couscous, Charred Carrots & Leeks, Dark Arts Bourbon Espresso Demi Glacé

Paired with Cerise Morte American Sour Ale

Third Course

Barbajada “Milanese Hot Chocolate” coffee & hot cocoa finished with whipped cream and Barrel-Aged Xibalba

Paired with Xibalba Spiced Pumpkin Ale with Peppers
