We’re getting closer and closer to the release of Red Atrial. This is a 50/50 blend of Jester King Brewery‘s #AtrialRubicite and our raspberry sour ale, Red Angel. We then added and additional 4lbs per gallon of fresh raspberries creating this beautifully red Barrel-Aged American Sour Ale. Working with Jester King is always a fantastic adventure, and this project has been no different. Here’s the release deets:
November 26th release at the Funkatorium begins at 10am. We only blended one wine puncheon of each beer, so this release is extremely limited. $26/ bottle. 3 bottle limit.
